Claire is an international award winning chef, restaurateur, and scholar of food systems. She has spent over 25 years in the food service industry, with 15 of those spent in management positions.
Her work spans operations management, strategic planning, education, and research in food systems. She has also consulted for numerous organizations (both non and for-profit). Claire's ongoing focus is on leadership, and building sustainable organizations and communities.
